Protocol for Collaborative Relationship Agreements with External Agencies (PPM 149)
The 91proÊÓƵ supports collaborative relationships that are consistent with our Vision, Mission, and Values, as well as with our existing policies and procedures in a Catholic context. Service agreements are recognized as mutually beneficial, and serve as supportive arrangements between a school and an external mental health, physical health or social service agency, professional or paraprofessional. The intent of these collaborative relationships is to enhance and expand opportunities for student success and well-being.
Collaborative relationships are a coordinated effort between external agency personnel and the school Principal, as well as with student service professionals, and other relevant school staff. The agreement should be designed to meet an identified need within a school community.
For more information on the 91proÊÓƵ’s (HCDSB) Protocol for Partnerships with External Agencies, please review VI-48 Protocol with External Agencies for the Provision of Services. After reviewing, if you wish to pursue a collaborative relationship, please contact us at 905-632-6300.
