How to Access Your Class/Course Schedule
Before you begin:
Please note, you must use your student email address and password to access this service. If you do not have this information your homeroom teacher should be able to provide it.
Your login format is firsname.lastname.3digitsassigned@students.hcdsb.org
eg: John Smith at St. Mary would be John.Smith.789@students.hcdsb.org
Viewing the Schedule as an Elementary Student
- Go to and click Student Sign In.
2. Enter your student email address (@students.hcdsb.org)
3. If a popup appears, enter your@students.hcdsb.org email as the Username (same as the above step) and your normal network Password.
4. Click My Schedule. Then click the Weekly View tab to view your full schedule.
Viewing the Schedule as a Secondary Student
- Go to and click Student Sign In.
2. Enter your student email address (@students.hcdsb.org)
3. If a popup appears, enter your@students.hcdsb.org email as the Username (same as the above step) and your normal network Password.
4. Click My Schedule. Then click the Matrix View tab to view your full schedule.
